Florencia Giulio

Founder

With over a decade of experience in arts and cultural management and funding, specializing in impact investing, Florencia founded Pulso, a creative finance studio dedicated to mobilizing innovative finance for the creative economy. Her journey includes leadership roles including Chief of Cabinet team at the National Endowment for the Arts, Director of Strategic Investments and Partnerships at Fundación Compromiso, and Head of Finance at Sogrape Group.

Florencia also serves as a Board Member at ITAC and is an international speaker, notably at TEDx, G20, GSG Global Impact Summits, Foro Lationamericano de Inversión de Impacto, Oxford University, JP Morgan, and Deloitte Art & Finance. She is a jury member and mentor at creative incubators, accelerators and art funds across Europe, North America and Latin America.

Florencia was awarded a prestigious scholarship for the Master in International Arts Management by HEC Montréal (CA), SDA Bocconi University (IT) and Southern Methodist University (US). She is also an Oxford University scholar (UK) and holds a double degree in B.A. and Accounting from UADE University (ARG). She was recognized by Forbes magazine as “”High Impact Youth””, and selected as an Art Management Resident at the European Cultural Academy during the Biennale d’Arte di Venezia 2022.
